Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, organizing, data Entry, Scanning -Entry Level ok - Spanish and English speaking a must (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT SPEAK SPANISH) - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries Must be able to speak English and Spanish Must have reliable transportation Drivers License with clean driving record - Utilize computer skills to input and retrieve information accurately - Assist with other administrative duties as assigned, Light Cleaning

- Bilingual in English and Spanish Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Schedule:
Must be able to work after 5 PM (3-5 days a week Hours are Flexible)- Please note that only candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish will be considered for this position.
