- Seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Established Baldwin Independent Retail Agency seeks Licensed Sales Producer to meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Candidate should possess the ability to solicit business via telephone, networking, cold calling and other lead sources.
Insurance agency has a wide variety of direct markets that offer competitive pricing and exceptional coverage with both National and Regional carriers.
Licensed Insurance Sales Produce
Responsibilities:
Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, referrals from present accounts, target marketing leads and other contacts.
Produce new business accounts as a result of cold call solicitation, client/employee referrals or target marketing activities.
Coordinate timely presentations for both new and renewal business.
Manage the retention of existing accounts and account rounding activities to increase income by account.
Develop all information and recommendations for prospective and renewal accounts including completed applications adhering to agency policies and procedures for writing a new account.

Qualifications:
Property and Casualty License - REQUIRED Insurance Sales Experience - REQUIRED Basic Math Skills Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Must be organized Job Types:
