The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and providing general HR support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and update information as needed.
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.
Assist with employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions and terminations.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Provide support for employee training programs.
