You must possess good computer and organizational skills.
This includes but not limited to placing orders online, or over the phone with existing suppliers and new suppliers ; contact departments with questions about supply requests; and check on the whereabouts of supplies if there is a delay in shipping.
The ideal candidate:
a multi-tasker but does not lose attention to detail is well-organized and punctual has excellent communication skills shows willingness to learn is an energetic person with positive attitude.
The duties listed below are not limited to the following:
Multiple daily time deadlines to meet.
E-mailing and interaction on the phone Inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases Update and maintain data into computer system database' often from paper documents Separate and organize work before entering into the computer system to ensure work was processed more efficiently.
